Terms of Service

Effective from 19 September 2026.

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the Veilly service available at veilly.online and app.veilly.online (the "Service"). The Service is operated by the operator of the Veilly brand ("Veilly", "we"); contact: kontakt@veilly.online. By using the Service you accept these terms.

Terms used below:

  • Organiser — the person who creates an account and runs a wedding page (typically the couple or a wedding planner),
  • Guest — a person visiting a wedding page at the Organiser's invitation,
  • Wedding Page — the wedding website published on a veilly.online subdomain,
  • Price List — the current publication prices shown in the Service.

2. What the service is

Veilly lets the Organiser create an elegant wedding page for guests: venue and schedule information, an RSVP form, accommodation and transport details, a gallery and announcements. Guests use the Wedding Page in a browser, with no app to install and no accounts to create.

Building and previewing a page is free. Publishing the Wedding Page (making it available to guests at its own address) requires a one-time fee according to the Price List. The feature set may evolve; changes do not reduce services already paid for.

3. Organiser account

You create an account by signing in with Google or with a link sent to your e-mail address. The Organiser agrees to provide accurate information and to protect access to their account and to links shared with guests. An account is intended for running your own wedding (or weddings handled professionally by a wedding planner).

4. Payments

The publication fee is a one-time payment in the amount and currencies shown in the Price List at the time of purchase. Prices in the Price List are gross prices. The service does not renew automatically and we charge no recurring fees. On request, we issue a sales document with the details provided by the Organiser.

5. Withdrawal and complaints

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The Wedding Page is published at the Organiser's express request before that period expires; if you withdraw after performance has begun, the fee may be reduced in proportion to the service already performed, and once the service has been fully performed the right of withdrawal expires — in accordance with consumer protection law.

Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@veilly.online. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of consumer ombudsmen.

6. Organiser content and guest data

The Organiser is responsible for the content placed on the Wedding Page (texts, photos, guest data) and confirms they are entitled to use it. With respect to guests' personal data, the Organiser is the data controller and Veilly processes that data on the Organiser's behalf — as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the contract as regards data processing.

The Organiser grants Veilly a non-exclusive licence to store and display the submitted content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service.

7. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to publish unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights or good practice, or to act against the security of the Service (e.g. unauthorised access attempts, sending unsolicited bulk messages, automated data scraping). We may block or remove content or an account violating these rules, informing the Organiser where the law allows.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, layout and graphic elements are the property of Veilly or our licensors and are legally protected. Content submitted by the Organiser remains the Organiser's property.

9. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the Service running continuously and securely, including backups and updates. Short technical interruptions may occur. We are not responsible for content submitted by the Organiser or for the consequences of the Organiser sharing links with unintended recipients. Towards businesses, our liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid; towards consumers, we are liable as provided by law.

10. Duration of the service

The Wedding Page remains active for 180 days after the wedding date, after which it is archived; 12 months after archiving it is permanently deleted (the Organiser receives reminders beforehand and can export or delete data). The Organiser can delete the Wedding Page or the account at any time in the panel or by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms for valid reasons, such as changes in law or the development of the Service. We will announce changes in the Service or by e-mail with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect acquired rights — services paid for before a change remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase, unless the new terms are more favourable.

12. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent common courts. The invalidity of any single provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
